COACHING

Are you ready to start loving food and eating healthy happily? To have a stress-free relationship with food that’s nourishing, tasty and fun? Food is a huge part of our lives—we eat several times a day, spend time shopping and prepping, and most socializing and celebrating takes place over a meal.  Why not enjoy it?

We tend to eat the way we were taught, crave what was forbidden, and gravitate toward the familiar. Working with a coach will help you uncover what’s driving your eating habits, explore unconscious biases, and reassess your approach. You’ll learn to make great choices without calorie counting, restrictions or guilt, and embrace eating healthy happily. You’ll be amazed to find that as your relationship with food changes, so does everything else.

ONE-ON-ONE

Together we will establish where you are in your relationship with food and where you want to be, creating a clear vision statement and identifying changes you want to make.

We will take a deep dive into your history to uncover past perceptions that no longer serve you, clarify what foods work best for you, and determine how to incorporate them into your diet.

We will identify and initiate new healthy habits and I’ll hold you accountable for sticking to them. You’ll become the boss of your health ending the struggle with eating for good.

You’ll receive eight personalized 45-minute sessions over the course of three months, four 10-minute quick fix calls, and unlimited email support.

GROUP COACHING

Don’t want to take this journey alone? You can join a group or bring together a few like-minded peers for a series of eight 90-minute sessions. Groups meet weekly and range from three to six people.
